Returns and Exchanges
At New Balance Geneva, your satisfaction in our New Balance product is always guaranteed. We know it's sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. Return merchandise for any reason within 14 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we'll either exchange it for another item or give you your money back. We make it easy. Please follow these instructions to return or exchange any item(s) purchased from New Balance Geneva.

Complete the returns/exchanges section on your order's packing slip, or click here to download and print our Returns and Exchange Form. Please include your invoice number. Your invoice number is available on the receipt that you received. The order number will help us credit the proper account. If you cannot locate your order number, please call us at 1-866-NBG-8777.

Return the item by using either the USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You are responsible for postage costs to ship the item(s) back to us. If you are returning an item, you should receive credit on your account within one week from the date we receive your return. It is our policy to refund the cost of merchandise only, shipping charges are not refundable. Refund will be made in original tender. Return the item to the address below:

Order Processing
Order processing for in-stock items typically takes 24 hours. If your item is backordered or requires special processing, you will be notified via email with details of product availability and additional time needed to process your order.

Shipping Policy
Items ordered through New Balance Geneva are shipped UPS. A street address is required for delivery.  In-stock items typically ship next-day.  You will be notified if your items are out-of-stock or back-ordered.  An estimated ship date will be provided.
