    • Clean your shoes with mild detergents and cool water. We don't recommend putting your shoes in the washing machine.

    • A suede brush will help keep the outside surfaces of your shoes clean.
    • Keep your shoes away from extreme heat, such as radiators and dryers.
    • Dry your shoes by removing their inserts and allowing them to air dry. Packing them with crumpled newspaper will help them retain their shape.

    Q) What do I need to know about getting a 360 degree fit from New Balance Geneva?
    A) We want you to walk (or run, jump, etc) out of the store with the right shoe for your foot. Here are a few things to consider:

    • Every person's foot is different. We will help you determine if you Over- or Under-pronate; what size AND width you might be; and what type of shoes is most appropriate for you - Have a high instep? Bunions? We'll help you find a shoe that works for your specific needs
    • It is usually suggested you shop late in the day, as your feet expand as the day wears on
    • If you are replacing old shoes BRING THEM WITH! This will help us determine what is right or wrong with the shoe you are wearing, and also helps us suggest the right shoe for you. Don't forget to bring the socks you are likely to wear, too!
    • A shoe that fits correctly in terms of length will have approximately a thumbs width of space between your longest toe (which may not be your big toe!) and the end of the shoe.
    • Do not just put them on and sit there — TRY 'EM OUT! Jog, jump, and walk in the shoe to get a better idea if it is right for you. If the shoe hurts in the store, rest assured it will hurt when you get home!
